ATHLETE12® 

Holistic Core Restore® Athlete 12 - 12 weeks of upping your game, upping the intensity, upping the effort and ultimately, 12 weeks of getting FITTER, FASTER, STRONGER and being able to go for LONGER because you’ve built a strong HCR® foundation and now you’re ready to roll!
Excitingly, you access this programme ON-LINE so once you have your FOUNDATION in place and the time is right for you to work harder…..this will be heroic!  You truly will enter ‘athlete mode’ with this programme and have a lot of fun getting probably the fittest you’ve ever been.
SO HOW DOES IT WORK?
This programme runs for 12 weeks and will run through the Fit-Sana membership site and The Burrell Education on-line portal.  Each week you will be guided through a workout approximately 20 minutes in duration and progressed weekly by programme creator Jenny Burrell, and in addition, I will deliver online core restore home workouts, so you actually have the benefit of two Coaches for the entire 12 weeks! BONUS!
Also included in the programme (via my membership site)  is my "Health and Wellness Education".
You will need to complete a full health screen to make sure you are suitable for this programme. (Please note, if you have unresolved issues with Diastasis Recti or Pelvic Floor Dysfunction you will be guided to an alternative programme)
The programme will start with setting your goals & your fitness test.
YOU WILL NEED
  • 1 or 1.5kg weights, 2 kg weights, 3 kg weights, 4 kg weights and up to 5kg if you wish (How heavy you go with the weights is entirely your call).

  • Set of plastic cups
